We work at the leading edge of British Butchery, seam cutting our beef to produce one of the largest ranges of steaks in Europe.  Some lean, some with fat; some big on flavour, some light; some to be cooked rare, others better done. We look to match the steak to your customers' palates and wallets.

Most of our business is trade, though we do do a small amount of retail from our butchery and at Kelso farmers' Market, which we like to support (for details please see below). Unfortunately because of the stringent rules we set ourselves in order to maintain consistency, demand is running a wee bit ahead of supply so there is often a waiting-list for certain cuts. Hardiesmill Aberdeen Angus beef is at the Kelso Farmers Market which is the 4th Saturday of every month in the fabulous square in Kelso.  It runs from 9.30 am until 13.30.
